Training Environments for Everyone
Classes are offered from ages 4+. Ongoing group classes are currently held at Robie Gym in partnership with the Gorham Recreation Department. Private and small group lessons are available by request, and corporate self defense trainings are offered to local businesses.

For when you/your child have unique learning needs beyond the scope of a typical class, or want to go above and beyond in training. MMA Striking, self defense, or traditional Karate.
